Sheikh Hamoudi ,Al-Amiri stress coordination framework unity and cabinet completion

The head of the Supreme Islamic Council, Sheikh Humam Hamoudi, and the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Haj Hadi al-Amiri, emphasized on Saturday the importance of maintaining the cohesion of the coordination framework and expediting the formation of the cabinet to ensure the smooth functioning of state institutions.

A statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) indicated that "Sheikh Humam Hamoudi, head of the Supreme Islamic Council, met with Hadi al-Amiri, Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, and they discussed the latest political developments, the priorities of the post-government formation phase, and the importance of maintaining the stability of the political process through consensus."

Both sides emphasized "the importance of maintaining the cohesion of the coordination framework and transitioning its operational mechanisms to an institutional form that aligns with the requirements and challenges of the current phase and the aspirations of the people."

They stressed "the necessity of strengthening dialogue and understanding among all political forces and prioritizing the supreme national interest in the upcoming phase," while also calling for "the swift completion of the cabinet to ensure the smooth functioning of state institutions."
