Our correspondent reports that Prime Minister-designate Ali Al-Zaidi has arrived at the Parliament building, signaling the start of the session to vote on his government's program and cabinet.
He added that Speaker of Parliament Haibat Al-Halbousi was there to receive the Prime Minister-designate.
