The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, and former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi emphasized on Tuesday the importance of expediting the formation of the cabinet within the constitutional timeframe.
The Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, received former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi on Tuesday."
The statement added that "during the meeting, they reviewed the general situation in the country and the importance of expediting the formation of the cabinet within the timeframe stipulated by the constitution."
