U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that “great things will happen” during his upcoming visit to China.
Trump wrote on the Truth Social platform: “I am very much looking forward to my trip to China, an amazing country, with a leader, President Xi, respected by all. Great things will happen for both countries!”
He added that he looks forward to the visit, describing Chinese President Xi Jinping as a widely respected leader, and expressed optimism over the outcomes of the trip for both nations.
