Bloomberg reported on Saturday that a war on Iran is depleting global oil stocks.
“The war on Iran is depleting global oil stocks, with crude flows from the Gulf restricted following the closure of the Strait of Hormuz," Bloomberg stated.
It added that "global oil inventories fell by about 4.8 million barrels per day between March 1 and April 25. Global oil inventories are nearing their lowest levels since 2018."
