U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed, on Saturday, that what has happened in Iraq is very good, expressing his satisfaction with the designated Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaydi.
Trump told reporters that “what has happened in Iraq during the recent period is very good, and I am pleased with the designated prime minister.”
Regarding Iran, Trump said: “We expect a response soon from Iran on the draft agreement, and we will see what happens regarding it,” stressing that “matters with Iran are progressing well and the military results are excellent.”
On the ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, Trump called for extending the ceasefire in Ukraine, stating: “We will send negotiators to Moscow if that helps resolve the conflict in Ukraine.”
He indicated that “both parties to the conflict in Ukraine are satisfied with the announced ceasefire.”
