Iran's military said on Friday that its overnight operations against U.S. destroyers involved the launch of eight cruise missiles and 24 suicide drones, according to a military statement.
The statement, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said Iranian forces struck the U.S. destroyers with one cruise missile and three drones, causing fires to break out onboard.
