Iran opens fire on US after Iranian oil tanker struck, state media reports
Iran's state broadcaster, citing an unnamed military official, said on Thursday that Tehran opened fire on US forces operating in the area of the Strait of Hormuz following an attack by the US military on an Iranian oil tanker.
