Syria’s Kurdish fighters agree to leave Aleppo after days of deadly clashes

Syria's Kurdish fighters on Sunday said they agreed to withdraw from an Aleppo neighbourhood after negotiating a ceasefire agreement that included the evacuation of dead and wounded civilians and fighters to northern and eastern Syria. The agreement followed days of deadly clashes between Syrian government troops and the US-backed, Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces.
